Vinification The grape clusters are removed from the stems and gently pressed. The skins and juice are left in contact for 12 hours in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 20 °C to obtain the wine's characteristic color and aroma profile. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to preserve maximum freshness. Tasting notes The color is light onion skin with an orange tint – clean and bright. The aroma clearly reveals fresh raspberries, red berries and citrus notes. The taste is lively and juicy, with berry notes and a slight minerality. The wine is intense but elegant, with a persistent and refreshing finish.
