Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, bordelais method, at 26 °C for 18 days. The juice is then kept in contact with the skins to preserve its deep colour and structure. The wine is matured for 12 months in American and French oak barrels, with periodic decanting every 6 months, and a further 12 months in bottle before release.
