The elegant Proyecto Cu4tro Bubbles Cava Rosé Brut from Spain is a cuvée made from Garnacha, Monastrell, Pinot Noir, and Trepat grape varieties. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house, where they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by the fermentation of the base wines.

This Spanish cava is best enjoyed well chilled at a temperature of 5–7 °C. It is perfect with desserts such as wild berry cream, yogurt mousse with poppy seeds, or elderflower yogurt ice cream with lemon balm.
