Lomo Ibérico de Bellota is one of Spain's most exclusive cured meats, known for its delicate texture, rich flavour and balanced spices. Made from 100% Iberian pork loin, seasoned with natural spices and cured using the traditional method.
The Bellota label means that the pigs have been reared in free-range conditions and fed on acorns, which gives the meat its distinctive deep flavour and exceptionally fine texture. Lomo is less fatty than Jamón, but its delicacy and aroma make it just as luxurious.
