USISA (Huevas de Caballa en Aceite de Oliva) mackerel in olive oil USISA brings you mackerel, cleaned and carefully processed, preserved in premium virgin olive oil. This is an authentic Spanish delicacy, originating from the brand's home in Isla Cristina, in the province of Huelva, where USISA uses the principle of "100% natural production" and traditional processing methods.  Taste & texture: The highest quality mackerel are selected, the roe is separated from them and cooked at just the right temperature to preserve a firm yet soft texture and a salty yet harmonious taste. The olive oil emphasizes the natural saltiness and gives a delicate, almost silky aftertaste, perfect for gourmet enjoyment.  Use: Perfect as an appetizer, in salads or on toast, especially with high-quality olive oil, fresh ciabatta or toast, and, for example, a dry white Spanish wine.
