Truly tender and natural octopus. This octopus comes from the Atlantic coast of Morocco (FAO 34), where colder waters and a nutrient-rich environment create ideal growing conditions. Thanks to its slower growth, the meat is particularly tender and juicy. Octopus is caught by hand or with special traps and nets to avoid stress, which makes the meat tough. The octopus is then boiled and packaged in its own juice, which preserves both its flavor and high quality. Ready to eat, add directly to a salad, heat in a pan or warm water.
