Manchego Semicurado D.O.P. is Spain’s most famous cheese, whose unique character and quality are protected by the Protected Designation of Origin (D.O.P.) label. This semi-cured cheese is made from the milk of Manchega sheep, sourced exclusively from the La Mancha region, where cheesemaking traditions have been preserved for centuries.

Semicurado means the cheese has been aged for 2–3 months, giving it a softer texture and a milder yet full-bodied flavor compared to longer-aged Manchego cheeses.
