Manchego Curado D.O.P.
Manchego Curado D.O.P. is one of Spain’s most renowned and esteemed cheeses, protected by the Protected Designation of Origin (D.O.P.) label. It is made exclusively from the milk of Manchega sheep, which come only from the La Mancha region, where centuries-old cheesemaking traditions ensure its unique flavor and texture.
Curado means the cheese has been aged for 6–12 months, giving it a firmer, denser texture and a deeper nutty, slightly spicy flavor.
