Benito Bellota Ibérico Jamón Pata Negra
Benito Bellota Ibérico Jamón Pata Negra is one of Spain's most prized delicacies, sourced from pigs reared in total freedom throughout their lives. They feed naturally on grassland and, during the tar season (montanera), on acorns, which give the ham its unique nutty flavour and special tenderness.
The traditional Benito brand operates in the Jabugo (Huelva) and Guijuelo (Salamanca) regions, known as the birthplaces of Jamón Ibérico. This guarantees the authenticity and highest quality of the ham.
In our e-shop you can buy Benito Premium Ibérico ham - genuine Bellota Ibérico jamón - direct from Spain and at the best price. We are Benito's official distributor in Estonia.

To preserve Benito Pata Negra Ibérico ham cover the cutting surface with the whitest slice of fart you can cut from the side of the leg. This way you can enjoy one leg for 1-2 months. Use suitable and well-sharpened knives for cutting.
A temperature of around 22-24ºC is ideal for revealing the best of the slice's aroma and flavour.
