Do you know what your Gazpacho is made of?

Vicasol is in our selection for a reason. Because they use only the best raw materials from southern Spain. If you are familiar with the Estonian tomato selection, you should know that there is a difference between a tomato and a tomato :)
Cheap gazpacho is made from cheap tomatoes
A ripe, sun-grown tomato tastes completely different than one that was picked earlier to survive transportation. Gazpacho is practically a raw sauce there, the quality of the ingredients is everything.
The story of Vicasol
Vicasol is a cooperative from southern Spain, where 1,000 farmers grow vegetables in the Almería sun. Only the best and ripest tomatoes go into their gazpacho, not those that would otherwise be unsellable. You can tell from the first sip.
And then there's the topic of E-substances
Next time you pick up a can of gazpacho at the store, read the ingredients. There are often a whole bunch of numbers and abbreviations you don't recognize. These are preservatives and stabilizers that help the product last longer and keep its appearance consistent.
The ingredient list for Vicasoli's gazpacho is short: tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt. That's it. Nothing added, nothing you wouldn't make at home.
Why does this matter to me?
I sell things I stand behind. In the case of sardines, it's hand-cleaning and Andalusian olive oil. In the case of Vicasol, it's ripening vegetables.
It's just an honest product. And honest products taste better.
